    Boxing is unfair -

Im tired of hearing how "He wont be as good as Sugar Ray Robinson/Ali/Pep" seriously it is getting old.

How are younger kids suppose to care about boxing or like it if you old farts or old fighter nutthuggers wont hang it up and die already? ok maybe not die but stfu already? you ruin it for younger kids!

    Lets do math-

a fighter has over 190+ fights and out of all that has 5 noticeable ones (Which in ITSELF is odd) and then a fighter today has 50+ fights and 5 noticeable ones,so your telling me the other fighter is greater because he was there first? or has more fights?**************** NO! that makes no damn sense, like I can't say in public "Juanma is only a few big fights away from being one of the best to come from that class and out of rico" cuz you idiots will flip out about tito! or who ever the hell comes to mind, same with bradley!

Close the damn book or die,you old bastards.

personally i enjoy good fights and good fighters it doesn't matter what era they are from

my personal favs are guys like Roy Jones, Mayweather, Pacquiao, Cotto, Mosley, Barrera, Marquez, Morales, Chris Eubank, Nigel Benn, Naseem Hamed, Joe Calzaghe, Ricky Hatton...etc

but i can also recognize that fighters of today are way different then the fighters of old for one they get paid a heck of alot more money which is a good thing but not in the case of say Al Haymon getting his fighters silly money for fighting nobodies thats a major problem

boxing is like politics now but it always has been quite a shady sport let's be honest

i do get tired of people harping on about the Sugar Ray Robinson's and Ali's of this world but come on if you saw those guys fight you would be ****ing on about them aswell

same way people now harp on about Pacquiao

one thing i will say is the fighters of old were true warriors and i have only seen a few from this generation that i could say were like a throwback to the old school like Marquez, Gatti, Corrales, Pacquiao...etc

basically i respect a fighter regardless of what era they are from but we have to respect that some of the old lot were abit special and at a time when the sport was more popular

Notable fights now will probably not be as notable in 40 years time because younger generations will only know the famous HOF fighters.

Thanks to the internet....every fighter is a bum including the P4P top 10. They praise a fighter when he wins convincingly then calls him fake when he loses the next fight. They praise a prospect and upcoming fighters but when he becomes a champ for a while he's now a paper champ or bum.
