For the talent Dawson has, he sadly barely gets to show

i guess 175 really is **** if Dawson rarely fights and when he does its usually long after his last fight and with a fighter hes fought before.

This guy has great boxing ablity but we rarely get to see it in full action cause hes so inactive and doesnt fight new fighters.

hes said he can make 168, after he beats Pascal which he will he should hit 168 nd make somthing more out of his career. even before hes been defeated hes been disappointing. this guy really has some skills ..

Dawson is one of my favorites, but he brings it on himself a lot of the time.

He wants the biggest purse he can get and doesn't want to accept less (which is why he's always after the biggest name opponent he can get). A network can only afford him twice a year, so he's going to be sitting on the bench for 6+ month stretches.

He could've fought Cloud or Shumenov in the interim for less money, but still kept himself busy. Instead, he's waiting until the Pascal rematch to fight.

I don't understand his business moves, but he is who he is. Quality over quantity.

Dawson is the most talented boxer I have seen since RJJ. He could have easily knocked Pascal out a few times he just wouldn't finish. Dawson's ONLY weakness is his lack of killer instinct besides that he is almost the perfect fighter. Dawson could not make 168 if his life depended heck he looks like he struggles to make 175 he needs the 168 guys(Froch Bute Ward) to move up and he needs the top 175 prospects(Garcia Cleverly and Dirks) to build there name up and become a realistic fight

If he's runnin out of opponents why not move up? Fight someone like cunningham.
