There is a bit of irony here but the fact is Roach has a basis for asking Mosley for the test being that he admitted to using in the past. Floyd's reasoning was because Pac looked too good not because of any failed tests or actual evidence.

It's not. Shane's already done full OST witha n external body in the PBF fight. He would do it again if requested.

If we are talking about the regular standard why is Roach even talking about it. Does he want some type of control as to when the NSAC test Shane and how often???

Pac has a history of avoiding OST.........as you guys are fond of pointing out, he has never failed a commission mandated test. These are the tests you are all think are adequate, yet a known PED user circumvented them whilst on at leaxst FOUR different PED's!!!!!
