I am sure Shane will agree to whatever Manny wants in terms of drug testing. I doubt Shane cares that much since it would probably be less intrusive than what he did with Floyd.

Unless of course it goes the reverse of what I am saying and the third party lab goes way beyond just to prove they are on the up and up (even when it wouldn't be needed).

This also isn't exactly new since Manny's team was up in arms over Rip Fuel in Margarito's dressing room, it only makes sense that they would go this route. It could be seen as getting closer to a Mayweather fight but if he is willing to go this far now why was this mess started in the first place, there was literally no reason to go that route (that is not an excuse to not fight Floyd). It is just not a good look, I didn't actually say the word hypocrite but it certainly does open that can of worms up
It was supposedly hydroxycut but it was splenda that was put on the coffee.

However, that was more ironic, disturbing, and hypocritical. Than what this article portrays.

So I ask again what is the problem?
It is hypocritical... that's the problem.

How so if you don't know what kind of testing they're talking about?

Because, I doubt you know what kind of testing it is since it wasn't really mentioned.

Again if it is with the same cutoff they offered Floyd. How is hypocritical?

If it is NSAC, how is hypocritical?

If it is OST, then would he not be doing what damn near everybody demanded from him? And, also could mean he is coming around to that idea and is a step closer to getting Floyd-Pac done? Which is a fight that damn near everybody wants to see...

It could possible mean that it is a step closer to making a Floyd fight possible no?

Again maybe it could be number 3. They just didn't want to be dictated to by what he feels is a lesser opponent but now are coming around to the idea that everybody is acking for him
Number 3 is they were ****** or naive, I could see Manny or even just his surrounding team being ****** or naive with it but Arum and Top Rank know better, I would find that hard to believe they would play so loose with such a controversial issue that really has no winners and no easy way out.

The first part is an excuse, if any fighter you didn't like said something like that you would say they are ducking that guy.

Yes it could be a step in actually making the Mayweather fight, but still if it can be worked out now/a bit later on what why was this such a deal breaking issue. After it became a huge issue what happened was just a snowball rolling down a hill which took at least 7-8 months to stop (which included Floyd basically telling them to get fucked when they tried to make the fight later in the year), now after the Mosley fight and Floyd's legal issues are resolved they could possibly be at a point to work on it for real again.

Why was he in front of a grand jury?... Because he was associated with who???? A guilty individual thats who he was associated with. Being associated with a guilty individual and being supplied by the guilty individual, you'd be a fool not to admit the obvious... Yeah, he never got caught by a drug test but guess what, he got caught with his hand in the conte cookie jar... Pac has never had any associations or history that would cause any su****ions or doubts, no dubious associations, no hand in the cookie jar, just a fist in the face of DLH, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, and Margarito. Guess who the su****ious people are????? Floyd fans.... Guess who started the rumor??? Floyd Sr. Go figure.

no. bc what we know from pac is that he will come up with another excuse to prevent the fight so this doesnt put us closer to the fight

In this case, yes. This certainly gives him zero leverage on testing should they try to get a bout with Mayweather just base off Roach's statement. Comments on the record such as Roach's most recent is why Pacquiao's team shoots themselves in the foot numerous times, stop backtracking.
