Ummm... Pac has already called out Floyd on several occasions and has said on CAMERA (and print, audio, etc) that he agreed to any and every test Mayweather wanted. Floyd has said absolutely nothing in response, barring a racist rant the day after Pacquiao-Margarito was signed.
