I mean, neither were exactly clean power punches that landed blindly or off guard or anything. Hopkins in general just looked like he has lost his balance or some ****. Like he isn't as dexterous in his feet anymore.

i thought that but then he seemed pretty good throughout the rest of the fight and was coming on strong so i don't know
when bhop was coming in with his head down throwing punches like he does he usually gets away with it because most guys don't throw at that moment but Pascal was throwing those kind of cupping shots round the head and behind the ears of bhop which was knocking him off balance
i have no idea though as to why pascal who had bhop's number early took his foot off the gas and allowed bernard to take over that fight
but then again he went life or death with carl froch who isn't very skilled even though he is a good fighter and was beaten by him
further makes me realise how dawson beat himself that night against pascal he is by far the more skilled of the two and as for cloud he would knock pascal out and it wold be brutal!!
