Yes, I agree.
He should be higher than Juan Maricon Lopez who fought an old, shot, war-torn fighter in his last fight.
Not to mention Rafa was fighting above his weight class.

Based on his domination on a guy that beat just beat a guy that was top ten p4p, i totally agree. At least he deserves top 10 p4p.
