Pascal is overrated!

He has been getting overrated since his win against Dawson. A Dawson in my view who was lazy and not mentally or physically ready. Dawson should slap himself for losing to a lesser fighter.......pathetic preparation by him and an even worse post fight reaction!!! This is a guy who took 11 of 12 rds from Adamek (now beating HW's), beat Tarver twice and Johnson twice. If Dawson hasn't lost the desire to fight at the elite level he will win every round in their rematch. He dropped the ball badly in their first fight!!

Ward and Dirrell also beat Pascal. Ward wins every round. He can replicate everything Hopkins did but better and with more speed because he is much younger than Bernard. Dirrell wins 8 or 9 rds. Froch will beat him again if they fight. Bute will beat him.

I thought Hopkins won a close fight. Pascal for most of the rds after rd 3 did nothing but move around and stare at Hopkins. Can't win a fight doing that. Hopkins also landed cleaner blows.

Been saying it since he beat Dawson..........told everyone it was an abberation, more to do with Dawson being a dumbass than Pascal.

I didn't bet on the fight as IMO it was a toss-up where the result was too hard to predict. Hopkins is old and looked old against Roy. Pascal is fast and young. So i didn't bet.

Pascal sat there and stared at this 46 year old (albeit an absolute specimen of an old man) who isn't known for his activity. Not the way to show your talents.

Who overrated him?

Both Dawson and Hopkins school him in rematches....Froch would probably knock him out

There is a reason why Hopkins jumped on him after he got by Dawson, When Dawson was the champ Hopkins looked the other way, Pascal alway does his best work early on in fights and by the later rounds he gets tired and thats when the hometown favours comes in.

He looked terrible......just terrible. I question whether his career is actually over and he has lost all desire to fight, or if it was just an off night. I'm not sure yet.
