Pascal and his team both know they lost that fight. I gave Pascal rounds 1,3,4,and 5 with two of those rounds being 10-8 rounds. From round 6 and on was all Bhop. Funny as heck to hear Nazzim screaming "He's running in his own backyard" from the corner.

I'd like to see the scorecards as well. Around the sixth round Pascal basically stopped fighting, so it was hard to give him any of the rounds after that, although he probably won one, maybe two. It's strange because before that he was landing some good uppercuts and hooks. I guess he just got tired or something.

I dont knwo why pascal is running... he is more likely the old one!
I agree but I said that they close rounds will go to pascal. He needed those two knockdowns and they WERE legit.

Pascal's corner did a bad job after the 5th Pascal had no fire and the corner didn't help, or pascal didn't listen. I didn't get any corner coverage on my stream, perhaps someone can enlighten me on what they said to Pascal.

Even though I think Hopkins is a douche IRL, I will not take the victory he deserved away.

Any talk of a robbery is really pathetic sour g****s, and Hopkins seriously demeaned himself in the post-fight interview, which is a shame, because instead of celebrating a wonderful performance from a legendary fighter, most objective people will be left with a sour taste in their mouth because of Hopkins' total lack of class in the interview.

The second half of the fight was a real master-class by Hopkins, but the two knock-downs just gave him too big a mountain to climb. A draw was a fair result. Hopkins won the last seven rounds in my opinion, and lost the first five - but two of the rounds he lost were 10-8 rounds, which means it was a legitimate draw. You could disagree with the scoring - it's rare for everyone to score every round of any fight identically - but to call it a robbery is simply ridiculous. It was a fair result.

As for the knock-down, it was behind the ear, i.e, on the side of the head, not at the back of the head. It was a borderline decision to call it a knock-down, but not a bad decision. Whichever way the ref had called it, plenty of people would have disagreed with him, but he just called it the way he honestly saw it, which is his job, and he did not show any bias.

As I say, it's really sad that Hopkins, and some of his fans, have ruined what should have been a celebration of a truly great performance by a veteran warrior by spewing sour g****s.

Getting a draw in your own backyard is definitely considered a LOSS!! Canada and Germany have the worst home-cooked judging in the world!! Pascal couldn't even get a win on one scorecard at HOME!!!

I give the old man props!! The second knockdown was legit and I thought this is the night he finally gets old. BUT, he proved me wrong!! B-HOP!!!

I was leaning towards Hopkins, but it seems he was roughed up, and suffered at least a couple of knockdowns...did the writer get it wrong? Made it seem like Pascal deserved it.

I didn't see it but from everything I've read on here and other sites it sounds like Hopkins won atleast 9 rounds and Pascal was holding a he'll of a lot and barely throwing.

Is it true that b hop dominated so much in some rounds that a few of them could have been 10-8 rounds?
