    Alexander Povetkin fought tonight.

Povetkin alongside trainer Teddy Atla's Won a UD in Germany today over 31 year old Nicolai Firtha who held a record of 19-7-1 when stepping into the ring.

Why has Alexander Povetkin been so under the radar lately ? This guy has an amazing amateur background (including gold medal) and has all the potential to take over the Heavyweight Division, but instead is slacking off wasting good year facing weak opposition.

His performance tonight shows why he is under the radar.

Povtkin showed real heart beatin his foe w/ one hand. He broke his right hand in round one and to the last couple of rounds he just trew the left hand.
          overall not his best performance.

          Lebedev got robbed BTW

Atlas is responsible for Povetkin's regression. If Atlas wasn't around, Povet would have been KO'd by a Klitschko by now.

              Very true.

And received a $2,000,000 payday instead of fighting for peanuts.
