Because the majority don't want to risk their time from doing better things due to a big risk of a crappy Hopkins fight.

A couple of reasons. It's packed intothe end of the year, where a lot of good fights are or have taken place. Also, it's on SHOWTIME, not HBO, and thus has a smaller marketing budget.

As far as the Internet goes, Hopkins nor Pascal are sexy fighters to cover right now. One has very little to gain with a win, the other is expected to lose by most.
