I thought Morales was going to fight Jorge Barrios tonight. I was looking forward to that fight, even though Barrios didn't exactly look in great shape in his last fight.

Barrios got arrested and was not cleared to leave wherever he lives to fight. He was invovled in some kind of automobile accident that resulted in someones death.

I thought Morales was going to fight Jorge Barrios tonight. I was looking forward to that fight, even though Barrios didn't exactly look in great shape in his last fight.

Jorge Barrios was forced to withdraw from this fight about 4 days ago. Nearly a year ago Barrios was involved in a car accident in Argentina, killing a pregnant woman. The family of that woman had just reopened the court case. Barrios was not allowed to leave Argentina.

good thing barrios didnt show up because with what i am seeing from Morales tonight he would have been a very tough fight

and i am not really interested in seeing Morales take anymore punishment.

for his sake i hope he gets a big pay check against Marquez and hangs them up for good after that.

I'm conflicted, Morales, one of my favorites, Lorenzo, an underrated Dominican.

Lorenzo really doing good right now though, he really found something with the southpaw stance. Has Morales backing up and on the run. They're actually giving him a fair shake on the scorecards too.

Wow, i didn't know that had happened to Barrios.
Lorenzo is a scrappy replacement, but he has no pop at this weight. I remember he is the fighter the guy that fought Humberto Soto in a dirty dirty fight.
The commentators think Morales has it in the bag.
