Just like you expected to see all these promised and hopeful fights in 2009 and 2010?

Haye will beat them to the better opponents?

If you think fighting Klitschko's leftovers (Chagaev) means he has beaten them to the best opponent then you truly are in denial.
      LOL.. I know.

Let's see 37 year old Monte Barrett, that Wlad anihilated 10 years prior when Monte was an actual top 10 contender. Gaye still managed to be knocked down in that fight and needed the ref to save him, despite being 9 years younger and fresher than "Two Gunz". Barrett retired afterwards but came for one last fight against Tua.

36 year old crippled Valuev, Gaye was 8 years fresher than him. Valuev could barely move at this point and was so crippled that he couldn't even enforce his rematch per the contract, he has had 3 surgeries afterwards and will probably never fight again. Yet Gaye was still on his bicycle for the entire fight and managed to set a new record at HW: the least amount of punches thrown by a HW in a 12 round title fight EVER. Against the same Valuev that was already beaten Chagaev and had a very close fight against a 50 year old Holyfield. Jim Watt, a Brit anouncer and usually a big Gaye d*ck rider, scored the fight for Valuev, as did one of the non-biased judges.

38 year old man Ruiz. Gaye was 9 years fresher than him. Gaye rabbit-punched his way to victory without the Brit ref saying anything, even though most of those rabbit-punches were blatant. Ruiz still managed to mark up Gaye with his jab. Ruiz retired afterwards.

39 year old Audley Harrison. Gaye was 9 years fresher than him. No need to describe Harrison, everyone knows about what kind of flop he was as a pro. Gaye was still to scared to fight Fraudley and had to be WARNED by the ref for NOT fighting or even throwing a punch for an entire round.

Now Gaye plans to fight Chagaev, again, Wlad's leftover victim, but I seriously doubt that Gaye will even fight Chagaev.

Is this the record of a cherry-picker, or what? I mean this came from a guy who promised to unify the HW division, destroy both Klitschkos in 2009, 2010, and now 2011. This is the guy who said "I am doing this for Dempsey, I am doing this for Johnson...I am going to bring excitement back to the HW division, I am going to clean up the division of all these bums.. I will fight top 10 fighters..." All coming from a guy who refuses a 50/50 no options fight against the best in the division, the same ones off of whose name he made his fame from. And now he plans to retire at the ripe old age of 31!!!!!

Diva is Gaye....all the Brit fans that still believe her are ******ed.

Like the article said. Just like Bowe wouldn't fight Lewis, Haye won't fight Klitschko.

Bowe didn't care how bad it made him look, and neither does Haye. David knows he has a small fanbase of completely naive ******s who will support him even if he fights Tony Booth and an Enzo rematch.

These idiots will pay for set-up fights like the Fraudley fight, AFTER he tells them the fight is a joke and that he will never take the fight, then he continues to tell them it's a joke, and these Brit ******s still pay for it. It's safe to say that Gaye will milk that fake trinket that he shouldn't even have (the real WBA belt is around Wlad's waist) as long as he can. But he does have tough mandatories coming up in Chagaev and Boytsov, so that's why he is retiring, he might be able to get rid of Chagaev but it's taking a chance and he certainly doesn't want to risk fighting Boytsov, Gaye hates fighting fighters younger than him, he wants to cherry pick someone a decade or older.

I know, can't blame them either. I guess I'm just patient because its not a fight I'm too excited about because I don't think Haye has the stuff to make it a good fight. Sure he has speed and power, but he doesn't take chances. He ran way too much from Valuev, imagine how much he'll run from Wlad. Still, this is boxing and the fight could actually be made because of the money involved. Who knows.
