In a WBC heavyweight final eliminator, Olympic gold medal winner Odlanier Solis (17-0, 12 KOs) beat veteran Ray Austin (28-5-4, 18 KOs) by disqualification after ten rounds of action. After refusing to break his hold on Solis and nearly sending them both flying over the top rope, Austin punched Solis after well after the tenth round bell and was quickly disqualified. Solis scored the only knockdown of the fight. Photos by David Martin Warr/DKP

By the pictures Solis looks like he did better than what people on here said, but I guess pictures don't tell the full story. BTW, that last picture is ****ed up. Ray Austin is an ass for doing that.

I had it pretty close at the time of the stoppage and Austin up slightly, were some close rounds but I guess Solis will make an entertaining Vitali victim if he is at least going to come forward.

So those pictures suck? They don't really show any pictures of Austin landing. Why not?

He didn't have alot of big shots but he controlled many rounds with his jab while Solis just came forward loading up while most of his power shots were partially blocked or missed.
