Cotto beats him, easy.

Vanes will probably have to wait longer for the Cotto fight - Cotto is looking elsewhere.

I don't think Cotto is ducking Vanes.

Well then why is he fighting wolak instead of Vanes?

That's only speculation, though.

He's also been connected with a Martinez fight, but it seems Sergio might face Lee.

I'd like either fight, Wolak or Vanes - but If Cotto is avoiding Vanes, it's probably more for financial reasons than anything else.

The Vanes fight would have been on HBO, the Wolak fights going to beon TR PPV so i doubt it.

Vanes said it best, cotto wants an easy tuneup before a big payday, which he deserves IMO.

Yeah, it sounds fair enough.

But I think Cotto will have no problems with either Vanes or Wolak.

What do you think? Cotto takes a tune-up in March and then fights Margarito again?

Wolak in March, Margarito in June sounds good.

Cotto could fight Zelenoff tommorow for all i care, hes given us so many great fights over the years, always fought the best. It'll be a sad day when he retires
