Who would win Winky or Taylor?

If you think about it, Winky suffers from Hopkins syndrome. Getting your fame from beating 2 blown up welterweights while they were 160 all their lives. Winky wont be a man among boys fighting Taylor like he was against Tito and Mosley. Last time he fought a talent his size he lost to Vargas. Same with Hopkins, he lost to Taylor.. Now people say WInky is unbeatable.... my ass. I think Taylor would win on points. These guys Winky fight who cant break an egg(tito's power didnt translate well, hell it took 8 rounds of hitting Mayorga flush to KO him and we all know Mosleys power is a joke) but this time when Winky gets in his little peek a boo shell Taylors power will shatter it. Plus he is now fighting someone with a better jab than him, bigger than him, and stronger than him, more punching power than him. And just beat the p4p champ twice.

Well, i would pick Taylor in that fight, even tho i cant stand him. However my thoughts are b-hop beats Taylor in the rematch, then b-hop beats Winky in his final fight. If Taylor does win, he absolutely needs to fight Winky, beat his ass, then move to Lightheavy weight.

i tink winky dominates taylor, hes more experienced, and would win the battle of the jab. neither of them has great power, but the advantage goes to taylor bc winky just cant knock anyone out. however, winky has better defense, therefore winky takes the fight via close but clear decision

Winky by unanimous decision. Winky doesn't wait 6 rounds to start the fight.

If Taylor ever went to Light Heavy...lacy would kill him. Taylor has never really faced a good opponent who pressured him and threw bombs. Lacy would kill jermain on the inside. I like both taylor and winky and not sure who would win. All i know is that a winky vs. lacy fight is not possible because they are both trained by Dan Birmingham and are neighbors.

Exactly, if Hops would have fought for more than just the last 6 rounds, Taylor wouldnt have won. Winky will outpoint Taylor easily. Dont get me wrong, I'm not a big fan of Winky, but Taylor wont do much against that defense.

winky would put on a boxing masterclass. like you all have said taylor wouldnt be able to connect well against his offence, and wright would win by a comfortable UD

Wow, all you Hopkin fans are morons. You think a 40 year old can afford to fight hard the whole fight? Even though his body is extremely well conditioned it just isn't possible to fight like a young bull...and all of you have to stop making IF comments...if Taylor had red bull before the fight he would of KO'd him...if Taylor wacked off before the fight he would of KO'd him...these IF comments make no sense.

What did Taylor exactly show in the fight that makes you think he'd KO Hopkins?
