It's a well-known fact that Sr doesn't like his son fighting southpaws. He's clearly terrified of him facing a southpaw killer with the handspeed and power of one Manny Pacquiao. I think we should value his logic at its face. In Sr's estimation Pacquiao would beat the shit out of Floyd.
