I truly hope that Pascal wins the fight and it is not because I don't like Hopkins. I hope he loses only because I see Hopkins as being a big part of what is wrong with boxing. Simply because he has not had a meaningful win in the Light Heavy division in more than four years and he is way past his time. And even if he wins he will most likely never defend a title that he should not be fighting for to begin with. Simply because he never earned a shot at it and the only reason he is getting it is because of what he did years ago.

I think Pascal is trying to use reverse psychology just like he did

when he said Dawson was gonna run like a chicken I think he will

try to do the same thing just stick and move and use his

quickness to go in and out

Off the top of my head Hopkins has been dropped twice by Mercado, once by Echols and was stunned at least twice against Baptist and had to fake being hit low to get a rest. But with the tactics he uses i.e: right hand then clinch its hard to land consistently on him.

first time for everything. what a lot of people are forgetting is how many of them wrote off Pascal before the Dawson fight. so in theory, we have two fighters who would defy the odds. Pascal is the favorite and i would put my money on him to win and the odds of a KO is still a bet i would consider. for which fighter i dont know.

anywyas the fight is on tonight! so no more 50/50 calls here, lets here some harcore convinction of what you think is going to happen. Im going to say Pascal sees Hopkins in the first 2, crowd concerned and starting to cheer for their man. Then bam! BAM! oh wait thats another fight...lets go with BOOM!! Pascal is no joke, i can hear the excuses of how old Hokpkins is already, and how it was just his time. Pascal UD with some very strong rounds.
