bundrage is also trained by emanuel steward so i doubt that fight will happen. cotto already said he didnt wana fight martirosyan. the most lucrative option will be martinez late next year so best believe cotto will face the least dangerous opponent next, whoever that may be.

lots of people calling for a big fight in March for Cotto. he just had elbow surgery peeps relax let him get a tuen up. I think Alvarez would be perfect for that. Then bring on the big fights later in the year.Comment

Why wouldn't they continue to support him while he's relevant? How ****** would HBO be to not support Cotto in a tune up as they're additionally promoting his next fight on HBO, setting the stage for big PPV buys against Margarito or Martinez or increased viewing on their standard HBO against the same two?
Then again, that is why HBO has a monopoly on boxing and its biggest stars and you don't make the decisions.Comment

Cotto-Brundage may be a tune up but it'd be for two titles surprisingly. Brundage has a really good right hand. He's scrappy enough to make Cotto work, and he's there to be hit too. At least it'd be exciting.Comment
