No idea, sorry. Don't know why they scratched the fight against Dorantes from the Khan-Maidana card either.

in a way yes

at first it was Humberto Tapia but I think he wanted no higher than 141 and Frankie was heavy

so then Dorantes steps in and then they wanted to do over 145 and Dorantes said no
