Pacquiao vs. Mosley is really hard to defend.

I like Pacquiao and have always supported him

as a fan of the sport I am up for any fighter bringing exciting fights and fights I am interested in. Say what you will about Pacquiao's competition but the fights have been exciting nonetheless.

Shane Mosley has been one of my favorite fighters ever since he came onto the scene when i was a kid.

but this fight....right now...doesnt make any sense to me

for Pacquiao its a lose-lose situation. If he wins no one will give him credit sense Mayweather thoroughly beat him. If he loses then he has an blemish on his resume that will never heal.

for Mosley. If he wins of course it would be a great addage to his legacy. But if he loses....which i think we can all agree is very likely, his health is a factor. I for one do not want to see an old fighter get beaten to a pulp....especially one i idolized as a kid.

i really hope this fight doesnt happen

What do you mean it's a lose lose for pacquiao? If Pacquiao beats Mosley the media will praise him to the point where they say he's better than Sugar Ray Robinson. The *******s are already defending this fight. "Mosley was off 2 yrs for Mayweather" "Mosley has the style to beat Manny" "Mosley is better than Marquez"

I appreciate your honesty and it's nice how you're one of the few smart and honest Pacquiao fans out there. But trust me when I say this, once the HBO hype train starts rolling, people will think it's an epic fight. HBO is that good at hyping up fights. When it's all over for the next few weeks we'll hear from the media and the *******s here how Pacquiao is the G.O.A.T and how mayweather couldn't finish Mosley so PAC is some how better, etcetc.

Fight doesn't make any sense to anyone, and Roach said Manny would never fight Mosley because Mosley is too good. But now that Mosley looks like dog-**** in his last two fights, they'll make the fight.

it just is what it is...i mean everyone was throwing at there arms at a couple of Pacquiao fights but they were still good fights...and the reason for the fights happening were easy to back-up

but Pacquiao the best fighter in the world fighting an old Mosley coming off of a loss to Mayweather and a very terrible fight with Mora???
