Is Cotto, Clottey, Margarito : cherry picked fight?

        I disagree. Cotto was definetly cherry picked! Roach said it b4 the fight and that was my first thought when I heard it. Especially when they could've fought the #1 WW at the time who even came to the gym begging and was willing to move to 140 for it. I don't care if he lost to Cotto(by1 or 2 rounds), he was just coming off a KO of the guy that brutalized Cotto. At that time, he was definetly seen as the more dangerous fight. U don't pass over an almost equally equitable fight with the best, to fight a guy that looked bad in his last 2 fights and not call it cherry picking.

          Cotto may have been cherry-picked but he was a formidable opponent and an excellent matchup. Great matchup, in fact.
