A question from a newbie...
I've been on this forum for a few days now and it seems pretty good so far. I've been trying to search the forum for any threads that pertained to how rep power, bank, points, and all that stuff works, yet I'm having trouble finding anything about it through search. Does anyone have a link to a sticky or thread where all of this is explained?
