Fail. He's not 22. He didn't fight Maidana because WE wanted it. Maidana was his mandatory fight, he either fought him or he lost his title.
I agree on you that he showed heart by staying in there but thats about it.

That's about it, huh? He showed speed and combinations we haven't seen since Roy Jones. He has a lot to improve on but he's only 24 and has a lot of time to get there. No one is saying he's the greatest, just give credit where credit is due. Maidana gave him a great fight and if he's any good, he will be there down the line for a rematch. No fighter is ever liked by everyone, but the hating on this kid is about as classless as it gets.

So true even if he KO'd Maidana all the talk would be chinny chin chin chin chinalicious chinapalooza chinrageous chintasmagorical.

Khan knew that and he dropped his hands and took shots he didn't need to. He skipped the roach gameplan from about halfway through the 6th and eh was doing okay on and off until the 10th.

Then he had to get back on his bike after a stern word from Roach.

Otherwise it would be over. Stick to the gameplan next time Amir.

The kid is only 22 years old. Ok, before you start blubbering Mike Tyson was only 18..just remember 22 is still very young and he still has a lot to learn.

He got KTFO by Prescott, and decided to work hard and get his career back on track.

You wanted him to fight Maidana...as you all said Maidana is the bread and butter fight to test his chin, his heart and how good he actually is...

and...that's what he did, because YOU wanted it.

He beats Maidana, takes the ****ing blows, takes the uppercuts, takes the hooks and stood there and took these shots on the chin.....for someone with a **** chin he's got balls man.

Anyway....if Amir Khan was from the U.S people would be sitting on his **** right now. That's the truth.

c'mon paktard, lamont and ortiz are from the states and they get critiqued too.
