    Great night for Freddie Roach!

His second star pupil Amir Khan wins the biggest fight of his career against what style wise is Khan's worst nightmare. Khan's combination punching and footwork are better than ever and might have been what saved him (save Joe Cortez lol) from getting KTFO. This is coming 1 month after Manny Pacquiao destroyed the monster that was Antonio Margarito.

For anyone that follows MMA, last night also showed GSP put on a masterful performance against Josh Koscheck. GSP, who is known as a wrestler who dominates his opponents on the ground, had been working with Roach the last several months, and it showed last night when he dominated Koscheck for 5 rounds with a perfect jab and crisp boxing (something you don't really see in MMA much and something you never really see from GSP).

i think he did too much footwork backwards instead of quick sidesteps and turns that pac or floyd usually does.

That is not the point and I'm not really a GSP fan. My point was GSP dominated Koscheck on his feet rather than what he usually does which is take the fight to the ground, knucklehead.

His feet looked good in the Malignaggi fight. I wonder if he looked sloppier last night because he was nervous or maybe because he spent so much time on ***** street.

To be fair he had been under a lot of fire from Dana White to keep the fight standing and not make it five rounds of Lay and Pray.
