Massive respect to Khan, i was sure Maidana would get the KO. Although that nearly happened, it didn't and Khan hanged on to survive.

Why do people always give credit to the guy that lost and then turn around and discredit the guy that won?? So the guy that won, he has to win by KO or else the loser will get the respect? What happen to a win is a win?? We dont play by that rule anymore??

So what if khan was in trouble in the last few rounds. He won and maidana lost. Maidana should have did that from the start instead of waiting until the end to try and get a KO. So why do people give the loser so much credit just for sticking in there until the end? But yet the winner gets no credit for sticking in there until the end as well just because he didnt score a KO win over his opponent?
