        Yes, he deserves a rematch.

Do I think it should be immediate? No.

Will it happen? Maybe later on after both continue racking up victories and looking impressive.

Do I think he wins in the rematch? No.

My opinion is that he did enough to make the fight interesting and give Khan hell, but scorewise he was always a couple or three points away from winning. Despite the pressure and power he showed Khan, it was still obvious that Khan won. The knockdown in round 1, point deduction in the middle rounds plus the fact that Khan was boxing Maidana, it gave Khan an early lead. Good round 10 for Maidana, but it still wasn't enough to negate the early rounds. But you can't knock Maidana's performance, he was game 'til the end.

I think not, why should he? I wouldn't mind a rematch since it was a good fight, but Khan won clearly and fairly.

He almost lost by KO to Ortiz too, but Maidana doesn't stay down, and he was just as close to knocking Khan out.

He deserves a rematch more so than Judah deserves a fight with Khan. That is for damn sure.

Well I thought Saturday night was more an indictment of how overrated Ortiz is. Maidana has a puncher's chance, that's it. Aside from that, he brings nothing to the dance.

Maidana should get a couple impressive wins next and then a rematch. That guy can ko anyone in the 140 division. But maybe by that time Khan will be at 147.

I don't think Maidana was ever in trouble against Ortiz like he was in the last few seconds of the 1st round with Khan

Yeah , but he will never fight Maidana again, not after that beating lol.
Another beating like that can shorten a career
