I agree completely. It's obvious that he paid Arthur Mercante Jr. to kick the towel out of the ring, so Cotto could brutalize him more, and increase his KO percentage. We all know that Cotto is only brave against feather fists, and it helped that Cotto's most important weapon, the knee, was blown out in Foreman, so he knew that he wouldn't be able to counter him with the knee, like Cotto does every time he fights someone good.
