Manny fought Cotto who hits hard, and Khan Maidana who hits hard.

End of the day, Manny and Khan are exciting and Roach has a great team.

Roach is an offensive minded trainer

His fighters work on beating other fighters by work rate and breaking them down

You cant do that when focusing on defense.

Floyd and Bradley have better defence.

When you have better defence you don't get damaged as much.

The flipside is that it can compromise your offence and the fight(ers) aren't as entertaining.

The fearless warriors in the WWF look much worse after their usual epic battles and they're not trained by Roach.
