that was clearly a foul and the ref and the announcers didnt even acknowldge it. what a pathetic happening

Yeah the thing is his jaw is made of glass that is finer than Lennox Lewis and Wladimir Klitschkos....

I still think highly of Briggs especially at the age of 33 but I mean we have some "decent" rising stars who would wipe his ass out in 6. So as he was going to the top he would be brought right back down again...Damn shame because he adds a nice blend to the division.

Yeah Briggs has a glass chin because he got knocked out by Lewis and a young strong at the time Wilson.But yet again "Glass chin" Mike Tyson has a great chin.
Anyway Briggs a pretty decent fighter.I never thought he would beat Mercer though.Mercer used to have a good chin but i used to tell people it wasn't great.A 24 or so year old Briggs couldn't even hurt a 48 year old Foreman.
O'Neil Bell has to get his act together.He has struggled in his last 2 fights.

oh please. are you serious? mercer is a shot 44 yr old that was destroyed 4 yrs ago by wlad. his steel chin days have been over for a long time. briggs knocked him out with illegal rabbit punches to the back of the head in what was a very close fight until that point. if that was a top 10 fighter with any power briggs would have been in serious trouble
