i recall the HBO crew wanting to get the referee in the jones-hall fight in front of a firing squad for not stopping the fight. they didn't say squat this time during the 10th when amir was getting a far worse beating than hall.

My thoughts were that he was done. Everyone on this forum has went on and on about how bad his chin is, and I let that get into my head. Then I saw how fast he recovered, and took the next few shots without even wobbling. His chin has passed the test IMO.

I don't think he recovered that great but he did take it like a champion and I'm sure all the guys calling him chiny feel ****** now. Of course they will never admit it but we seen Khan take Maidana's best punch on the chin without going down. I heard some guy say if Maidana would have landed that shot early, it would have had more effect, but this is boxing and if you can't land that shot early, its because Khan was too fast to let that happen. Its like saying if Khan just stood there in the first with his hands down, Maidana would have knocked him out, but that's not boxing. Tired of all the cry babies on this site.

was honestly never worried, I seen every single one of khans fight, about 5 secs after the big hit the started smiling, sure he was badly hurt but khan was not going down.

I honestly did think it was over in the 2nd round after khan hit him with that body shot though
