Darchinyan will turn 35 in a few weeks, that's very old for those small weight divisions. He's been through a lot of wars.

Never liked Darchinyan and I'm glad he lost last night. He had his will broken and he only landed one type of punch in the whole fight while Mares mixed it up.

Come on man!! How can you compare Darchynian's performance to Juan Manuel Marquez?? Yeah JuanMa Marquez is a counterpuncher but he is a very technical fighter and throws many more combinations then VIC. Vic looked horrible only landing the occasional straight left, not nearly enough to win. yeah im Mexican but i dont let my nationality judge fights!!!Vic lost!! MAres took all his best punches and kept coming, the bully got bullied!!
