Marcos Maidana Takes Out Devon and Tim.

After what i saw from Maidana yesterday/today, i have to believe that he will walk down either Bradley or Alexander. Khan landed his hardest shots on Maidana and he kept coming. That body shot would have taken anyone else 1min to get up from but el chino got up in 7-8 seconds.

The guy is relentless. Alexander would lose by execution, whilst the bradley fight would be closer but it would probably end up like the 10-12 round yesterday. Kendall Holt would feel like a pillow hitting his face once he gets in the ring with Maidana.

    Opinions?

I dunno about that because those two are more defensive so maidana won't have as much openings as he did with khan.

But i think Khan still beats tim and especially devon who'll eat jabs all night long. Maidana was a nightmare match up for khan. Big puncher who has the mentality to try and knock your head off. Tim and devon would try to box khan and get outgunned from the outside. Actually bradley-Khan would be 50/50 because bradley is very versatile so he could adjust and find a way to beat khan.

I respectully disagree. However, Maidana is a tough customer. Amir did what I thought he would, but almost didn't make it out of that fight. Maidana is not versitale at all. He just wants to come forward and land his big shots, and, he was successful especially down the straight against Khan. I thought that Khan should not have gotten hit with so many of those overhand rights. I think Devon and Tim box him and stay moving and circling him and they win a decision. But the thing is, anyone that fights him they can't stand there and let him get off those clean shots because they will pay for it.

        Naah Bradley beat him.

Alexander is soft and will get exposed by Bradley, so I doubt a fight with Maidana will happen anytime soon.

He might beat Devon but not Bradley. Urango imo was giving Alexander some problems early with his power shots and most forget that because of the stoppage.

I thought Khan was the best boxer at 140 prior to the fight and he kind of cemented that thought with the performance. But i thought he would completely outbox Maidana(which we saw did not happen) .
Looking at the way Maidana is just non-stop, makes me think that every fighter at some point will trade with him just to prove a point and will end up getting hurt.

Right and I agree 100%. Khan is the best boxer in the division. And I said the same thing, that Khan would box Maidana's shoes completely off. I was so hyped when he hit Maidana with those two beautiful body shots and I didn't think that that Marcos was going to get up after the second one. I think Khan would have made a HUGE statement by doing that.

But, Khan isn't a finished product and still has work to do, but I LOVED the toughness. Maidana was very, very, very close to getting Khan out of there late last night. If Khan doesn't fight the winner of Bradley-Alexander, I would love to see him scrap again, it was a very enjoyable fight. I'm going to keep it again later on.

Bradley would have his way with Maidana, please. Alexander would win, but he'd struggle much like Khan did.
