The guy was so ****ed in round 1 to get up and to fight on like he did man this guy has so much ****ing will and heart.He was getting peppered but he never stopped coming and then he landed his big shot but just couldnt put the icing on it.What a warrior

I was really impressed with Maidana. Sure he's one dimensional, but he was terrific in that dimension. I don't see how the judge had it 113-112, as Khan won much more clearly than that, but Maidana was pretty close to KO'ing Khan.
The fact that Khan doesn't seem to think that makes me worry for him.... -
I think i scored it in my head 114 112 or 111.Ya Maidana is one dimensional buit as you say yourself he does it brillantly so much heart to get up from that bodyshot and then he showed a very good chin.Khan looked good for most the fight but like yourself i couldnt believe how he said after the fight he wasnt hurtComment

He has awesome power, and the means to deliver it. He will land on you because he is tough, and has decent hand speed. Like tim bradley said he is better than what he is given credit for, the first right hand he nailed khan with in the first round was actually a pretty cute shot, he went under khan's jab and came up with it.
Both guys did themselves proud, maidana looked like he might have got stopped after walking back to his corner in the 9th but he produced the equaliser and changed the fight, he will always possess that quality, the fight was very nearly a replica of taylor-chavezComment
