Maybe he doesn't have a glass jaw. But what the hell was up with Prescott. If he hits that hard he should be a top guy now.

breaks them up as khan turns his back on maidana twice

maidana could've cold clocked khan there and knock him out twice! Joe cortez steps in and let khan turn around!

This is boxing! Protect urself at all times! If u turn ur back it's either an 8 count or u get clocked for **** like that!

A standing 8 would have given khan time to recoupe. I actually think the ref gave maidana a chance to end it there by not giving the 8 count. Maidana just couldn't capitalize.

The fight wasn't that far apart. a standing 8 would've been an additional point to Maidana.

He would've caught a breath too.

Aside from that did u see Cortez prying maidana off of Khan as Khan turns his ****ing back?

no, I agree that it should have been an 8 count, but I think what the ref did was better for maidana's chances to get a ko. Look at it again objectively, after the ref seperated them, maidana went right back to punishment and kahn was a hair away from being ko'd.

Khan may have one of the best chins in the game. Other than that, he's a slaw ass fighter in my eyes.

Its because of fans like you that make this sight 50% crap. Your fighter loses and you reach for an excuse. What about all those clean crisp combo's Khan landed round after round on Maidana? There must be an excuse why Cortez was at fault. Oh, I got it, its because Joe lined him self up to have the reflection of the lights, bouncing off his bald head, blind Maidana while khan fired away. Yeah, that's it. Damn ref.

Is madana on something? He didnt even seemed tired. He should get tested, or maybe khan should have given him more body punches to slow him down a bit.

Man Khan aint got no chin, Maidana simply a fringe contender to me who only got there by beating amped up prospect, Khan proved nothing.
