are you shitting me? i had that shit 115-111 (as did lederman), and i could see if you felt the 10th round was a 10-8 maidana, thats still 114-111 which is what 2 of the judges had.

even if i give you the knock down, and the point deduction thats still 114-113 khan

or, i can give u a round i scored for khan, thats 113-112 (3rd judge score)

no way, maidana won that EVERYBODY knew that... AND STILL...

The only way He was robbed was by his own lack of poise and ring smarts. He should have won but he didnt, very dumb performance from Maidana, i thought he was smarter than that.

He had done the hard work, making Khan do the funky chicken with over 90 seconds left in the round yet just let Khan survive by blowing himself out throwing random haymakers in Khans general direction even while Khan was standing there with his earmuffs on.
cortez didn't let him work inside at all during that round

he prevented maidana of doing his fight at that moment

khan survived thanks to an early xmas present from joe cortez

Clearly differrent people watching the same match, so different things.
The way I saw it, Khan was putting on a show of superior skills for the first 7 rounds. Maidana couldn't touch Khan. Khan was explosive with 5-6 combinations. Khan, perhaps wanting to see how his chin withstand to Maidana's punches, allows Maidana to hit him with uppercuts. The only Maidana success for Maidana came in the mid rounds when Khan was against the ropes and Maidana was touching him up with uppercuts. Then Khan takes over and hit him with 4-6 combos.
The only time I thought Khan could lose the fight from that point was in the 10th round when Maidana caught him with an over the top punch. There was over a minute and a half on the clock. Enough to put Khan away. This is where my admiration for Khan grew. He weather that beautifully, and if he had thrown back power shots, he could've even put Maidana away.
The 11 and 12 rounds saw Maidana coming after Khan, but his money shots wasn't paying dividends. And, when Khan let his hands go (which was too few and rare in the final 2 rounds), he was having great success. He could've put Maidana down.
But for comparison purposes, Khan put Maidana down in the first rounds. Had there been more time on the clock, the fight would not have made it to the second round. Maidana had Khan wobbly in the 10th round with over a minute and a half, and clearly vulnerable, but was firing away wild shots.
Maidana has had success from constant pressure and wild punches. He clearly didn't have the tools to put his punches together and close the show.
Khan could've put Maidana away in the late rounds if he wasn't getting caught by the uppercuts so often. Hope he learns something after watching the tapes.

U Bull ****ing me. Marcos clearly won the second half of the fight and the championship rounds. He had khan ready to go to sleep, legs was wobbling like he was a first time ice skater. The ref allowed him to continue to fight because any other ref would stopped the fight because khan wasnt throwing any punchs just covering up getting laced. Hell Danny Green throw two punches and missed both and ref stopped roy jones fight. Khan didnt win that fight, there was rounds the commentators gave him cuz they were being bias. Their whole conversation was in the benefit of khan. They gave him the 11 and 12 round??? How when he was hurt trying to survive?

khan was dominating maidana. maidana started working him in the end, but it wasnt enough to secure a win... i like maidana, but he was acting like a whiney b1tch when he realized he couldnt match khans punch output & movement... maidana was sluggish to get out of the corner, he was COMPLETELY outclassed... IMO, it was khan's flaws that gave maidana a chance. if khan's defense was tighter & he didnt LET maidana work him on the inside, khan wouldve EASILY dominated him from the outside. khan let maidana land those uppercuts,

i didnt like how khan ran around the ring when he was buzzed, thats a recipe to get tagged with your legs out of position, especially the way maidana was throwing those wide punches.

khan definitely showed hints of an elite fighter, handspeed & combination punching with angles is a GOOD thing. lol.

                somebody's gotta tame maidana

he could have easily gotten amir out of there (or at least prompted a stoppage) if he took a small step back and threw shorter and straighter punches.

those short right hands remind me of david tua
but tua would find angles or back guys up into the hook

maidana got amir hurt and smothered himself

dude takes punches better than anybody in the division (save perhaps kotelnik)
but he doesnt get out of the way anything

                i was impressed w/ khan
the winner of the bradley - alexander fight should fight amir and the winner should be considered a top ten, perhaps top seven or eight p4p fighter

Amir looks like a WW in terms of the size of his bones (i didnt know he was a fat kid growing up but i can certainly see it now, he's not a small guy)

                he was punching good

and he's exciting as **** for guy billed as a boxer

i was loving the homage to pacquiao (hands up in the air, throwing back after he got tagged)

cant wait to see things play out at 140

                so many young guys
and then there's WW when they all eventually move up (because they are all big strong jr WW's, none are smaller guys coming up)

You're an idiot, don't flatter yourself. 80% of this forum was giving the fight hands down to Khan. Nobody's surprised.
