    Yes, and every boxer out there today would be automatically great if they fought before 1980. Chris Arreola would be considered GOAT HW.

    What a stupid blanket statement by the OP. There are certain fighters, including some doing it now, who would be great in any era.

      you said old fighters if they fought today wouldnt be competitive??wouldnt they be able to use the same supplements if they fought today???..plus supplements doent suplement skill man..plus they had to train harder then cause they fought more rounds

                And if you read post #2, you'll see it is not a "blanket statement", as I said defensive wizards stand a chance.

                Defensive wizards that are also genetic freaks (Wilfred Benítez) stand a chance also.
