I thught the interview was kool. Thanks for that, the training regime was the koolest bit. I may nick some bits from it. but to be honest i do a lot of that stuff other than the really intense day of weight lifting every muscle in the body.

I was shocked too. But I do know that he did a lot of sparring in Miami in 1990, he even sparred Roy Jones Jr's best friend Billy Lewis. He sparred Roberto Duran in 1989, there's footage of this somewhere. That's all I know for certain.
