By the looks of these lists it seems that boxing will be dead in 5 years.

Take out Manny, Floyd and maybe Haye and boxing is just another sport in its current climate. When I say boxing will be dead, I mean in relation to the past years of when Oscar and Floyd fought.

Who knows, we may get another Manny or Floyd in the next 5 years but boxing needs a hell of a lot more fighters to come through to maintain its grip on the combative sport scene. Only 2 fights a year get 1m plus PPV in 2010 and just imagine the numbers in 5 years time with this current crop.

Don't worry Saul Alvarez will become bigger than Floyd and Pac when it's all said and done.
