i recall margarito getting a guaranteed $3 million dollar purse. that was also his biggest purse to date. i dont know if he got any ppv $$$, but i doubt it. i remember clottey not getting any shares of the ppv so i assume the same would go for margo

well, earner who works with team margo said , tony got like 3 mil guaranteed and 6 mil total so obvoiusly he did get a ppv cut...jmm is asking for 5 mil guarntee plus ppv.....thats 70 % more of what margo had...thats way too much man.....

cool wasnt sure if he gotta % the ppv's buys ... thanks for the info.

i believe jmm got 4 million + a piece of the ppv against floyd ... i would think the same vs pac is more then reasonable

I think it was a 3 million dollar guarantee. You gotta remember though, Arum didn't have to pay GPB and got a percentage from both guys.

I think Marquez should come down to about the 3. He's just as or maybe slightly more popular (he's for sure 1000 times better) than Margarito.

Edit: Cotto made like 4 million and he's a much bigger draw than JMM.
