It would be a huge event ...MSG or Yankee Stadium is cool with me.
The fight needs to happen in Cottos backyard either way.
Las Vegas is closer to Tony's backyard the first time so its Miguels turn.
Not to mention that I believe Tony will cave to just about any Cotto demand anyway.
Cotto has way more options than Tony, So Tony better fold to all of Miguel's demands. Plus Tony still has things to prove.(in his mind)

I was at Yankee Stadium for Cotto-Foreman and the atmosphere was incredible

Wont happen though. The ring Ruined the grass, Plus the Yanks have a Game on the sundays the 12th which is most likely a day game

And honesty who cares if Tony gets a fair share he is lucky to have been lifted from the gutter by Arum and Pac. but we all know Arum did it for the money not because Tony is a stand up guy.
Plus the fight will not go the distance but if Tony and Miguel went 12 and Cotto got the nod...That would be Karma and fine with me.
