He picks Ouali up with his shoulder and leans against the ropes, that is throwing a fighter out of the ring. You don't have to literally use your gloves to throw someone out of the ring, he did it with his shoulder.

He doesnt move when Ouali is on the ropes, Ouali was the one who broke apart from Bailey.
He either did it on purpose because he was getting beat, or didn't know where he was in the ring and did it on accident.
