I love technical skills as much as the next man... however leading in with your head, one punch at a time, clinching, rabbit punching, I do not like.. and it is not technical skill.

    It's dirty.

    2001 Hopkins.. absolutely, even 2005 Hopkins... 2010?

It seems to only get worse.

No one apart from Mayweather can say they are more technically skilled. He might even get hit flush less than Mayweather.

He is slightly dirty, but to knock his technical skill is absurd. His foot work, timing, punch slecttion, variety and co-ordination is second to noe. Mayweather also throws one shot at a time, elbows, and pushes down on his opponents neck, what about the other stuff he does.

The only reason Hopkins is at a top level at this age without 1 punch power like Foreman or astonishing speed is because of his techniccal skill that is through the roof no one can deny that. If throwing a shot at a time, heatbutting, and clinching would win you fights at this advanced age Holyfield would be a top heavyweight.

slightly dirty...lmmfao...thats just like saying madonna was slightly slutty in her prime...please man get off it....

he's still around only because he refuses to fight fighters his size or bigger with equal talent...we don't dare suggest he fight a cruiser...

really, like calzaghe or shotroy, or a two divisions smaller pavlik, were really a ko threat

this fight is gonna be boring and horrible to watch.

hopkins don't throw a lot of punches. he's gonna fake like he got low blowed and rabbit punched.

hopkins is gonna make pascal look like crap.

                    everybody loses.

He is fighting Pascal, you know the number one light heavy weight in the world, watch and see the difference in technical skill between the two, mind you Hopkins is old enough to be his father son.
