Zorrita doesn't owe this guy a shot.

He should fight Acosta, or Vazquez and prove his mettle first.

So IMO, it looks like Rios is just trying to pick on the weaker beltholder. In the end, JMM is the universally recognized lightweight champ anyway. So it really doesn't matter which paper trinket Rios fights for. Hell, a fight with Acosta would get him closer to a shot at JMM because JMM holds that WBA super title nonsense and beating Acosta for the WBA regular strap would make him a mandatory to JMM. So Rios, the ball in actually in your court. If Soto is going in a different direction, make a splash and challenge a better fighter.
Bullshit. Antillon didn't win more than 4 rounds and that's being generous. The fight LOOKED harder than it actually was because Antillon never gave up but Soto clearly beat him.

              no it's not really that

in all honesty Brandon has no issue facing Acosta or Vazquez but since he was told a fight with Soto would be next he wants everyone who told him that to honor it.

and let's be honest a fight with Acosta or Vazquez won't bring in nearly as much as a fight with Soto would.

he will fight whoever they say he fights but he is calling Beltran and Soto on their wishes to rematch a guy he already beat
