The Pac that fought Diaz vs the Margarito that fought Cotto?

I was just re-watching the Pacquiao-Margarito fight and I was thinking "DAMN MARGARITO LOOKED WACK AS HELL". He didnt look aggressive or hungry. He looked very hesitant I mean right from the jump and it made me wonder..."who wouldve won 2 years ago?". I was thinking about the Margarito that fought Cotto in 2008 vs the Pacquiao that fought David Diaz in 2008?

Do you guys think the outcome wouldve been the same or would it have been more competitive?

IMO Pac still wins, but with Margaritos possible "loaded" gloves, he couldve made the fight interesting!

Of course it would have. Pac was not as good and Marg had loaded gloves so of course it would be more competitive.

Reason that pac won and cotto didnt is because pac was quick enough to get off the ropes and didnt get cornered and was able to fight Marg on the outside

Cotto on the other hand let Marg corner him so he could counter him, which he did but it didnt hurt marg and he hit cotto back
