What I dont get is you making threads like these against pac which may have some element of truth on it but not floyd who has been cherry picking since the oscar fight, picking on 140 and 135 fighters, also picking on 40 year olds coming off a near 2 year lay offs
What legitimate reason other than cherrypicking can U possibly come up with for Cotto at 145??Seriously??

    Clottey was a solid win!!

Margarito??For a 154 title??If that's not cherrypicking then what is??I remember when Foreman was too big, don't U??the only place in America where Margarito could fight was texas, why??

if either of these cats lose their next to fights they would be front runners for a manny fight

its funny arum said he wants manny to fight the margo-cotto winner..(which def would be in the jmw division)..yet martinez has to come down to 147??

and how is jmm pricing himself out??have they even tried to negotiate the price??

but shane(coming off 2 piss poor perfomaces)gets a fight easily..but a year ago after he looked great against margo and begged and begged and begged,,he couldnt even get a fight at 142???
larry, you're reading too much into words. wait till his next fight gets signed. if he signs to fight shane, then go ahead. all of this is possibly posturing for negotiations.

people put too much stock in words, supposedly they are going to make up their minds the week before christmas. just hold out on your hate for another week or so if you can.

The 2 fights he has had with JMM were very close, arguably at leats 1 of those many people had jmm winning.

because it was manny's first time fighting over 140 and he could. you're forgetting the perspective at the time of the fight and that's that manny's best years were from 122-130. he had one fight at 135 and one fight at 140. this was a very high weight for a guy that started his career at 106. this is a legitimate reason.

margs was cherrypicking and shane will be as well IF that's the fight he signs

i thought jmm won the first one by one point, manny the second by one point.

Walt, he had fought Oscar over 140 pounds. I think he even outweighed Oscar on the night of the fight.

sorry, I always forget oscar fights because they were so lucrative anyone would take them anytime. they don't really count to me.

i thought manny came in at 145 but i can't remember back that far coach
