I think I undestand Pacquiao's formula:

Step 1: Get a fighter once perceived a dangerous but a fight or two romove from a career trashing.
Step 2: Get said fighter to come down in enough in weight to have advantage.
Step 3: Make sure there is outside forces are affacting fighter performace (age, no corner, new corner, death of family member, etc.)

Result: expectacular asskicking!!!! LOL
