If you only care about money and fighting cherry-picked opponents than Top Rank and who ever promotes Floyd is the best way to go. Pacquiao's last opponent that I actually thought was a threat was Cotto. I knew that brawler Margarito was no challenge even with a 17-16 pound weight difference.
