How dumb is it that Boxingscen doesn't include hw in their pfp?

What could be a dumber policy? Not including guys that move up in weight?

Correct me if I'm wrong, so q guy could win titles in 2-3 weight classes, be cruiser champ, then move to hw and he is disqualified from their pfp?

Not to mention excluding guys who just happen to weight over 200, which is bad enough.
