I agree man, but the point I was making is that I don't see Mayweather fighting Cotto until he sufficiently past his best.
I did, but I don't think Mayweather did. I think he identified Mosley as a low risk/high reward fight, but ended up getting the fright of his pro. life.
It's true however that it could be argued the other way, i.e. that he took on the Margo-conqueror and dominated him.

How is HGH test done?

This isn't some issue that just came about. It has been a part of the contract negotiations for weeks. According to a source familiar with the talks, Pacquiao's representatives asked what penalties Pacquiao would face if he tested dirty, and also if a dirty test result could be kept secret so that the integrity of the fight wouldn't be ruined in the public eye.
